Don & Jim are both previous employees of B & P Process Equipment and Systems (formerly Baker Perkins and also APV) where we gained more than 20 years combined experience in field installation, repair, and troubleshooting. Jim has also worked for several years in the electrical design group on extruder system controls. Don and Jim have worked in customer factories both in the United States as well as many other countries around the world. Our capabilities include installation supervision, precision optical alignment, electrical troubleshooting and repair, mechanical troubleshooting and repair, gear box reconditioning, complete machine refurbishment and preventative maintenance. We have experience with many different types of equipment services including: AC and DC variable speed drives, various types of temperature controls, hydraulic pumps and systems including hydrostatic drives, loss in weight feeder systems, and various types of PLC controls.
